In addition to service awards, several Fire Fighter awards were presented. Amos Swarey was recognized for responding to the most Fire and QRS calls in 2025. Joe Zook received the Fire Fighter of the Year award, and Stephen Beiler was honored with the Chief's Award. On this night, one individual received special recognition. Since joining Miles Township Fire Company, Eric Miller has served in various roles including Fire Fighter, Assistant Chief, and Chief. Eric served as Chief for 11 years, from 2014 to 2025. His dedication, leadership, commitment, and the knowledge he brought to the team have made a lasting impact. We would also like to say thank you to Howard Fire Company for providing coverage during our time to express gratitude to all firefighters and their families. |
